I am designing MoJ Forms, a web application enabling operation colleagues to publish great GOV.UK digital forms themselves, innovating a new approach within government.

Design leadership role in the product development agile team, bridging the gap between development and research/design. 
This role combined product strategy, team management, improving agile ways of working, user research, and hands-on design for apps and responsive web.

I researched the experience of a new iPhone app developer for my dissertation.

Multimedia & Audiovisual Specialist (2003 to 2008)

I helped shape the World Bank’s digital strategy in Europe, produced online applications and CD-ROMs, built and oversaw corporate websites (including CMS, analytics and SEO), and produced or supervised photo and video coverage for high-level international conferences.
