I am designing MoJ Forms, a web application enabling operation colleagues to publish great GOV.UK digital forms themselves, innovating a new approach within government.
Principal User Experience Designer (2017 to 2019)
Design leadership role in the product development agile team, bridging the gap between development and research/design. This role combined product strategy, team management, improving agile ways of working, user research, and hands-on design for apps and responsive web.
Senior User Experience Designer and Mobile Lead (2013 to 2017)
Leading user experience projects from their definition via client workshops to delivery working in agile multidisciplinary teams. Line management and mentoring.
Lead User Experience Architect (2011 to 2013)
Conception and UX design of mobile and tablet applications for large global clients.
User Experience Consultant (2009 to 2011)
My role combined user research and design activities, cutting across the fields of interaction design, information architecture and usability.
MSc in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics (2008 to 2009)
Included HCI research, ergonomics, cognitive psychology and hands-on user-centred design. I researched the experience of a new iPhone app developer for my dissertation.
Multimedia & Audiovisual Specialist (2003 to 2008)
I helped shape the World Bank’s digital strategy in Europe, produced online applications and CD-ROMs, built and oversaw corporate websites (including CMS, analytics and SEO), and produced or supervised photo and video coverage for high-level international conferences.
